Homemade No-Bake Peanut Butter Granola Bars

Ingredients

cups
rolled oats

cup
crispy rice cereal

tbsp
ground flaxseed

cup
natural peanut butter
1/2
cup
honey

tbsp
coconut oil
melted

tbsp
chocolate chips
dark or semi-sweet
Instructions
Melt and slightly cool coconut oil
Mix together all ingredients except for chocolate chips
Once everything is mixed, fold in chocolate chips
Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper
Scoop your mixture into the pan and use your hands to press the mixture into the pan firmly
Let the bars set in the fridge for 1-2 hours
Cut bars into 16 squares and enjoy!
Notes
-I used an 8x8 pan because that's all I had. You can also use a 9x9 pan to make these into more traditional granola bar shapes.
